Our visit was very comfortable, perfect for us. The staff were extremely friendly and amiable. The location was good and beautiful, close to town center, and the view was amazing, too. What's more, it was just off cafés and restaurants, all the restaurants and bars and tourist bookings and glacier hiking. The bar was pretty roomy.

Had a great stay for a short visit, no reason to complain. the hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a really quiet area. - Close enough to Franz Josef Glacier. - Perfect location for visiting both Franz Josef.

The location was favourable and beautiful, the staff was excellent! Plus, it was 10 minutes by car to West Coast Wildlife Centre. Our room was nicely refurbished and newly renovated, included with spectacular views of the snow covered peaks and * potable water, as for instance. Exceptional services were available.

The apartment had a separate bedroom with a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains, a lounge area, climate control, and a TV.
